1. Return & Refund Window

  • Customers are eligible to request a return or refund within 5 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 5 days will not be entertained.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is required for all return or refund requests.

  • The video must:

    • Start before opening the package.

    • Show the outer package, seal condition, and full unboxing process.

    • Be continuous, with no cuts or edits.

  • Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be accepted.

3. Valid Reasons for Return/Refund

  • Wrong item received (visible in the unboxing video).

  • Product damaged or defective (visible in the unboxing video).

  • Missing items (must be shown in the unboxing video).

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Cases

  • No unboxing video provided.

  • Product damaged after unboxing due to customer mishandling.

  • Minor packaging damage not affecting the product.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

5. Process for Return/Refund

  1. Share your unboxing video and request with our support team within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Our team will verify the claim based on video evidence.

  3. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
