Show the outer package, seal condition, and full unboxing process.

Be continuous, with no cuts or edits.

Without an unboxing video, no return or refund will be accepted.
3. Valid Reasons for Return/Refund

Wrong item received (visible in the unboxing video).

Product damaged or defective (visible in the unboxing video).

Missing items (must be shown in the unboxing video).
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Cases

No unboxing video provided.

Product damaged after unboxing due to customer mishandling.

Minor packaging damage not affecting the product.

Change of mind after purchase.
5. Process for Return/Refund

Share your unboxing video and request with our support team within 5 days of delivery.

Our team will verify the claim based on video evidence.

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.
